The staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant and polite. There was nothing I didn't like.

Its my 3rd time time staying and i really enjoy my stay, looking forward towards my next visit after the hotel undergo renovation. Maybe the overall design.looks rundown.but it make it up with its good services

We were nervous about traveling to Pattaya with kids, so we picked Jomtien because it’s a little away from the crowds. The hotel is under construction, which we didn’t mind. The room was cozy, with a great beach view, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage spots nearby. The AC outside was unbearably loud, forcing us to switch it off mid‑night just to sleep, and breakfast wasn’t great—no buffet.
