I didn’t like anything about the stay. Maintenance was lacking, and when it was done it was poor; the bed was hard, breakfast was useless and not kept fresh, and there were few options. The shape of the place made me hesitant to eat their food, and it was very dirty.

Breakfast was good and offered a variety of choices, yet there was no toilet paper holder in our room and no towel bar to hang a wet washcloth.

The free breakfast was fine. The room smelled damp, the garage wasn’t emptied daily and I had to put trash in the hallway, and a hairball under the bathroom sink stayed there the whole stay, meaning the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. The hotel looked rundown compared to what was described.

Tv and wifi didn't work. Lady told me she would be in to fix it and 2 days went by with no response from her. They follow you around and out to your car . Not friendly. Had no urgency to help. Had to wait 40 mins for someone to get to the front desk to check us in after a 6 hr drive. Didn't like the experience at all. Tv didn't work. Wifi didn't work. Staff said they would fix and after 2 days she still didn't fix it. Terrible experience. Trash and crumbs everywhere

The breakfast was adequate and the bed was comfortable. The pool was not operational, and every day the staff lied about it being ready. I couldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet because it felt gummy.
