The place is gorgeous, impeccably cared for by the very kind Alessio who made us feel at home. The location is exceptional, surrounded by a unique peace, with a view of the basilica. We could walk calmly to the centre, the room was spotless, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. We will definitely return; we fell in love with this spot.

A very beautiful place in a wonderful location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great variety of food for breakfast. There is also a covered parking place. If you choose you can walk to the old town centre. It's around 30 min to the main Basilica of San Francesco. And Alessio is an excellent host, very kind and helpful. I can really only recommend this place.

The property is truly well managed, welcoming, clean and well maintained, both inside (room and bathroom) and outside (common areas and garden). Breakfast is abundant and varied. Covered parking is very useful in summer. The manager is very helpful, offering logistical advice and recommendations for places to visit in Assisi and the surrounding area. The setting is in the hills among olive groves, with a striking view of the rear of the upper basilica and the convent of San Francesco in Assisi. A stay that is highly recommended!
