Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The central city location is quiet, the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, the scrambled eggs with bacon are handmade, the freshly squeezed orange juice is great, and the attentive and very friendly hotel and service team are exceptional.

The room was large, with a 40+ inch TV and a modern bathroom, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with a nice view of the theater. There was no reception desk, so you had to call on the spot for the key. The curtains were too long and let light in from the side, which is a problem with the lit theater and the street.

The central location is quiet; the city center with a shopping mall and restaurants is right around the corner, buses in all directions are a 3‑minute walk away, the hotel offers parking, clinics are within a 20‑minute walk, and a bus ride takes 7 minutes.

The room was not as promised, with the terse remark “I forgot to note that.” No apology or assistance was offered, and the staff was verbally offensive. The result for us was an inadequate room, a late arrival to the event, and a night‑time return.

The room and breakfast were good, but the weather was bad.
