The accommodation is clean, has a pool, good price, and very friendly staff, especially Abdoul. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Morocco, and he will keep your luggage safe if you travel at night.

The staff were very attentive from the first moment until the end, always looking after the guests. The breakfasts were good and substantial. It’s a quiet place to sleep because it’s not in the main transit area, and although you have to walk a bit to get to tourist spots, it’s not a long walk once you know the route. I recommend bringing the Riad on the first day if you don’t want to get lost in the Medina streets. Cleaning was daily, but I would give more maintenance to the facilities.

The staff were friendly, and when we had a breakfast program, they made us a little pastry and tea. They kept our suitcase after the check‑out. The bathrooms were very small, the WC was a bit cramped and no one could sit. There was no ventilation in the room, only by leaving the door open onto the shared hallway. At night we turned off the air conditioning because it was directly on us, but it was very hot, and we couldn’t rest properly. The road to the accommodation was very dirty, smelly, and it took a lot out of our Moroccan trip.

“INCROYABLE RIAD MERCI À MOHAMED ET SOKAYNA”

I went alone to Marrakech as a young woman, and my stay at this Riad went wonderfully. The Riad is truly beautiful, very well maintained and pleasant. I really appreciated the atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable quickly. The breakfast was also excellent, with very good food, which was a real pleasure every morning. I especially want to thank Mohammed, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was present whenever I needed him, always smiling, warm, respectful, and caring. He answered all my requests and helped me a lot, both with questions about the Riad and with my outings and activities in Marrakech. He really takes the time to give good advice and to make sure everything goes well. Since I was alone, I especially appreciated his availability and daily help. Thanks to him, I felt accompanied and confident throughout my stay. If you’re lucky enough to meet him, don’t hesitate to ask for his advice: he will guide you and help you enjoy your stay to the fullest. I sincerely thank him for everything he did for me and for making my stay in Marrakech so pleasant. He is truly a wonderful person and a staff member who deserves recognition. I also want to thank Sokayna, who was adorable and very kind to me. The room was always perfectly clean and tidy when I returned, which was especially nice after a long day in Marrakech. A big thank you to the whole team for your welcome, kindness, and availability. I will keep a very beautiful memory of this stay.
