The location is great, with easy train access and a top‑floor window that opens to an ocean view. The shower and bathroom were far too small; the deep tub could easily hurt you if you’re not careful when getting in and out.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot for early‑morning travel via Oriente Train Station and is also near the airport. The bed and room were fairly clean and the staff stayed friendly the whole time. However, the sitting area, pantry and information cards were dusty, towels carried a strong chlorine scent, and the room itself was very dark with smaller windows than expected. The swimming pool and gym were limited and old, and the price felt high for a hotel that’s quite far from the city center.

The price was unbeatable for the quality. The rooms were gorgeous and spotless, and the bed was super comfy with excellent sound insulation, giving us a great night’s sleep. It’s close to the airport, which is perfect for early morning departures. Nothing to complain about.

The location at the bus station was perfect. The hotel felt relatively impersonal and large, with a mass‑service breakfast. The staff didn’t follow up on table cleaning. We were very tired when we arrived late and fell into our beds, only to realize we were placed next to the elevator, which was really loud. I mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning, but the lady at the front desk seemed uninterested. Next time we’ll look for a smaller, more personal, guided hotel in Lisbon that’s worth the price.
