The apartment was spacious and well furnished. The area wakes up at night, with noise from bars below; inside the room you can hear everyone in adjacent rooms or the hallway. The nearest train station is at least a 10‑minute walk away.

Location: Little Italy, close to Katz. The bed was comfortable, but the apartment itself was old. Walking to Wall Street takes about 30 minutes, which was fine. The price doesn’t match the performance; including tax it was $520 for one night, we stayed three nights in Miami. It’s also about 50 % more expensive than Midtown. I’m not sure if it was the right time to go, but I must leave a negative review for this price.

The staff were charming and the area was great, right in Soho near Chinatown. The nightlife was lively, yet we didn’t feel unsafe. The room was spacious and the service was excellent; overall we’re happy with the place. The general cleanliness was okay, but the kitchen was a bit dirty (grease on the wall, some grime in the fridge) and the shower had mildew in the seams. The main areas were clean enough, towels were changed daily, and linens every few days.
