“So comfortable and roomy. We would like to book again soon.”
The views were great, the location was excellent, and it was relaxing. My husband didn’t enjoy having to climb a hill to reach the smoking area, but I had no complaints.
We had no positives. The hotel cancelled our booking without our knowledge. When we arrived at 21:00 that evening, they told us the room didn’t exist and that Booking had cancelled it. We received no assistance and had to start searching for another place.

The check‑in guy was wonderful and very accommodating, though the line was absurdly long. The waitress at the water‑side bar was extremely rude when she discovered we weren’t members; no one had asked if we were or for a membership number, so we had no idea we’d done anything wrong. She handled it as poorly as one could imagine.
