The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is a buffet with many options, the staff is very friendly, and there is also a restaurant. Parking is small but safe, always with prior reservation. The place is well located for touring the vineyard, but there are nighttime businesses around that could disturb sensitive sleepers, and some walls need maintenance.

The place is excellent, you can walk all over Viña, to the beaches, museums, churches, parks, plazas, and there are cafés and restaurants everywhere. However, there's a lot of noise and morning sun, and the windows lack double‑panes and blackout curtains; the mattresses are stiff.
