The staff and location were fine. The first room smelled like mold, claimed to be a pool‑view room, but the curtains revealed a very dirty window that hid the pool; the lamp was broken and looked filthy, as if it had been in an attic for decades. We switched rooms, and the smell improved, but the new room still had a burnt‑out outlet look and smudges on the walls. We couldn’t sleep there.

“Don't settle”

I had stayed here before and found the room nice and cozy, with staff that were fine. This time, the toilet kept screaming all night long, and the air‑conditioning failed—my room was actually colder than outside. I checked in early and wanted to sleep, so I didn’t raise the issue.

The location would have been good. It was less than 5 minutes to family. My grandchildren were going to visit with me at the pool. As I was checking in I asked again what the pool hours were because my grandchildren would be coming to see me. I was told absolutely NO they could not come and hang out. So I did not check in. I went to Best Western and checked in. Great 3 days beautiful pool and great visit

The price matched the hotel’s level. The elevator felt a bit shaky, and the rooms could use a refresh.
