The front desk staff were approachable, which was a plus, but that's about where the positives ended. They had a pretty annoying way of talking, and it took ages to check in - I was expecting a smoother process. To make matters worse, they made a wrong commitment and didn't give me my stay bills, telling me I'd get them online, but then they just ghosted me. Now I'm left wondering where I'm supposed to get my bills from.

The only good thing I can say is that it's close to the airport, a 20-minute drive in the morning. But that's where the positives end - the hotel was a disaster. They claimed to have amenities that just weren't there, like parking, which made unloading luggage a nightmare. The room was a mess, with dust everywhere, and broken stuff like a phone and air conditioning. And to top it off, it was super noisy all night from the traffic. Definitely not family-friendly.

This hotel was a real treat - I had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The service and ambience were both top-class, and the food was delicious and well-prepared. The staff did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly, and my room was clean and hygienic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'm really looking forward to coming back.

The location was spot on - it's super close to the airport, which was a big plus for me. However, the room was a letdown - it was dirty and old, and the staff only accepted cash, which was a bit of a pain. To make matters worse, it was freezing in the winter, and there was no heater to be found.
