The location and the bedroom were positives. Personally, I didn’t like three things: 1) the 55 steps to climb felt exhausting and left me out of breath in the room, which is a problem for someone who moves a lot; 2) the door between the first and second floors is faulty—it only opens if you simultaneously press the sensor with a push and then pull the door inward; sometimes one attempt isn’t enough and you’re afraid of being stuck outside; 3) the bathroom sink is too small, so you get splashed because there’s not enough space to stay away, and the bathroom light is low, making shaving difficult.

I loved the spot, the shower was amazing with a powerful jet, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful; the air conditioning worked, and the bed was super comfy. The only thing that could improve is adding a small line outside the window to hang up swimsuits and towels.

The location was perfect right in Lerici’s central square, close to the pier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the self‑check‑in/out was very convenient—our room was ready earlier than expected, which was great. The host was friendly and available by phone, and there’s private parking just a 10‑minute walk away.
