Room, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The terrace was not well maintained.

The central location lets you explore Roero, Monferrato, and the Langhe from Priocca. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was top‑class. Parking, however, is marked by small posts that force unnecessary circling, especially at night when the posts aren’t lit—completely unnecessary for me.

The facilities are clean, the rooms comfortable, breakfast tasty, staff friendly, and the boutique‑hotel vibe lets you enjoy a relaxed stay without feeling rushed.

Thank you for the warm welcome; everything felt like coming home to family, the rooms were gorgeous with comfortable beds and superb linens, the view from the window was lovely, the gourmet breakfast was a treat, and a special shout‑out to the restaurant for an excellent dinner.

The interiors are very stylish. Unfortunately, a small group of boys in the village rides a loud motorcycle right outside the windows until very late, which is a nuisance.
