The room was spotless.
The hotel's location was perfect for our concert - it was right near the venue.
Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

“Fantastic hotel with friendly staff, but the process of checking in and out needs to be smoothed over.”
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking nearby. However, this is my third stay here and each time the check‑in/out process has become a hassle. I’m not sure if this is a booking issue, but the full amount of my stay is always charged at check‑in even though I pre‑pay months ahead. I was never told about this policy and it shows up as a surprise on my bank statement. This is the second time a “temporary hold” was actually charged and I had to request a refund days after checkout. The front desk process has made check‑in/out take up to 20 minutes on several occasions, and it’s the only hotel I’ve stayed at that uses this method instead of a flat $50 or so security hold. While I still like the location, these repeated issues are making me less likely to stay here in the future. I’d appreciate any clarification on these procedures so I can keep looking forward to staying at this hotel.
“Great hotel - clean, friendly staff, good food and great location!”
I didn’t get breakfast, but I had an appetizer before the concert at Dominion Energy, and the burnt ends were delicious! Nothing else to complain about—the place was awesome.
“A lil quick girls getaway and the Marriott made it memorable”
The staff were the friendliest I’ve met, the hotel was very accommodating, everything was clean and up to standard. And the Starbucks? I can’t wait to return.
I had to pay $50.00 to park for about 7 hours, which felt a bit excessive. The toilet was broken, and check‑in was inconvenient.
“Excellent!”
I found this place exactly what its name promised—warm, spotless, and supremely cozy, and I left without any let‑downs; I’d have stayed a few more days if I could.
