A very beautiful riad with extremely kind and welcoming staff. The breakfast is excellent. The place is quiet and well maintained. The riad is very well located, we had a great stay! I recommend it.

The kind staff member Karim waited for us even with a late-night check‑in. He welcomed us with mint tea and cookies. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. The station is walkable if you don’t have too many bags. He is very friendly to Japanese guests. The hammam and dinner are highly recommended! The travel fatigue was relieved. The massage was also pleasant. The food made by Karim’s mother was tasty. The owner, Aimad, is very friendly. I’d stay again if I come to Marrakech. The air conditioner didn’t work the first night, but it was fixed the next day.

Everything! In this riad we felt at home: courtesy, hospitality, and cleanliness are definitely the strengths. We especially enjoyed the generous breakfasts. A special thanks to Karim and Aimad. Nothing negative.

The new building is spotless, the interior is gorgeous, and the staff give outstanding care. The only downside is the spotty location – you have to walk past food markets like Rue bab Doukkala, Derb Ennakhla and part of Rue el Gaza to get in or out.

Kerim was incredibly friendly and drove us from the airport and back, helping with everything. Our flight was late, so we could stay in the hotel longer. The breakfast was delicious, and the Wi‑Fi and air conditioning worked flawlessly. The room door didn’t close properly, and the noisy, bouncing kids in the riad made it feel like the door wasn’t even there; a slight creak was all that could shut it, and at night the light and a dripping sound seeped in.
