Emplacement stratégique pour le bus aéroport et les prises en charge des tour opérateurs. 2mn à pied. Personnel très aimable. Hôtel non isolé. Il faisait froid même avec le chauffage. 4 étoiles ? Ni thé, ni café dans la chambre. On nous vend le petit déjeuner dans la réservation, sauf que ce n'est pas sur place . Il faut faire au moins 300 mètres pour y aller. Café à la réception mais on me dit qu'on ne l'a met pas en route à 6h30. A quoi sert la réceptionniste de nuit? Chambre très petite. Extrêmement cher pour le service

Located right at the heart of Queenstown Central. Friendly front staff. Need to reserve early for parking spot@hotel. As there are no more available, I had to park quite far away.

I was thrilled to find the hotel right next to the ski bus stop, making it super easy to meet and mingle with other travelers.
