We liked the location of the hotel, calm, quiet and pleasant surroundings. The food service was incomprehensible: we ordered meals for 4 people, but only one meal was brought; after half an hour, two more meals arrived, and after some more time, the fourth meal came. The same happened with drinks: the first batch contained all the drinks, and when it was finished, nobody noticed the time even though the staff passed by at least 10 times, and when they finally did, the waitresses seemed so uninterested that we wanted more.

The breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. The wellness area was well equipped, cozy, and ideal for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cold, and the tap water was hard to flow. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The trash was not emptied during our 3‑day stay.
