“I am not satisfied after two night stayed their”

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, just 700 meters from Batu Ferringhi beach. However, my experience was marred by some issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, including a leaky bathroom and disturbing noises throughout the night. To make matters worse, I was quoted a significantly higher price than I had initially booked for, which felt like a bit of a scam.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marked by several issues, including a strong smell, a malfunctioning fan, and an air conditioning unit that didn't work properly. To make matters worse, there was no parking available on site, forcing me to park on the roadside, which was not only inconvenient but also posed a safety risk.

“Staying a Nite @Bamboo Inn during familyholiday”

I was thrilled to discover that the hotel staff, particularly Guna, shared my passion for a specific activity, and he generously offered valuable insights and expertise. This was a wonderful bonus to my holiday, as I was able to learn from someone with extensive knowledge in this area. The hotel's warm atmosphere was also enhanced by the presence of Guna's adorable daughter, Puspa, and the friendly demeanor of his wife and helper, despite the language barrier.

“Ok”

I had a decent stay at this hotel, with one notable exception - the check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient. However, my experience was marred by a dirty bed and a smelly toilet in my room, which left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
