The location is right in the old lively part of Naples. Every day we climbed 80 stairs up and down, and the first and last trips with luggage were a lot.

The building and rooms look stunning, and the location is great. The rooms have been immaculately renovated and the place feels secure. The owner responds quickly. The check‑in process is convoluted, with three key codes for three different locks and keys. I couldn’t get a car to the accommodation, there’s no elevator, and the rooms are on the third floor—perfect for backpackers but awful for suitcases.

Very convenient location, gorgeous courtyard, clear check‑in instructions, clean interior. I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in Naples again!

In the heart of the city but away from the chaos, the bed is very comfortable. Even though the property was recently renovated, the toilet seat was unstable, as if it could detach at any moment. The shower only has one large nozzle and no handheld sprayer, so it’s hard to shower without wetting your hair. Several holes in the nozzle were clogged with limescale, making the spray unpredictable. The room is very dark and the lights are low‑intensity, which doesn’t help much.
