Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was beautiful and super comfortable, and it even had a full‑size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—what a treat! The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hot tub looked like it needed a good scrub, but overall everything was fantastic.

Breakfast was good, but I found it very inconvenient that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were mounted at a height that couldn’t be reached while taking a bath.

The fixtures were rusty, there was no closet door, the only closet door that existed was in bad shape, the bed sagged noticeably in the middle, the curtains were torn in several spots, and the kitchen floor was sticky. I chose a Marriott hotel because I expected it to be solid, but it was an incredible disappointment.

Breakfast was great, the location was great, and the staff were excellent—all in all, everything was great. The only downside was having to pay for parking.
