“UNDERWHELMED”

Being next to the golf course was exciting, and I liked that breakfast was included. The breakfast was good and filling. The rooms were dated and not well maintained, and the bathroom had a bad smell. I didn’t like the stay considering how much it cost per night. The place was also cold. The reception staff were busy elsewhere, so getting assistance took some time. Unless you’re a member or want to play golf and stay overnight, I would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere.

“Comfortable Stay with a Couple of Minor Issues”

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. There was no lift, which made carrying luggage difficult. The bathroom sink was also blocked, which was inconvenient.

“Nice place but train on customer service please”

I arrived to a surprisingly roomy room, not exactly the one I had booked but still fine and clean, and the golf‑course view was genuinely beautiful. A large balcony added a nice touch for relaxing. The front desk, however, was anything but friendly; the receptionist’s smirk was the worst, and when I tried to joke about the cold weather she just stared at me. She confirmed that the room I’d reserved wasn’t available yet and still accepted the booking, then forced us to switch to a pricier room. At check‑out the reception was empty, so we simply walked out, dropping our key at the desk after having already paid.
