The staff’s politeness was a major highlight. The morning coffee was more than exceptional, with high‑quality, carefully selected and presented products that outshine expensive São Paulo chains. The main building, where the dining room is, is a very pleasant, cozy space with a beautiful fireplace, low background music, and a perfect setting for a mountain experience. There were no negatives. The only minor issue is that some chalets are a bit far from the main building; the path to them is steep, so you need a car for short distances, but that’s just a topographical reality.
