The bed and duvet were comfortable, the bathtub was large with a relaxing massage, the breakfast milk tea was good, and I slept until dawn with excellent soundproofing; the TV also introduced nice scenic spots. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The overnight stay for 2380 was awesome and top quality.

The rooms are very large and quite comfortable, and the whole room is clean. However, I think the issue lies more with the establishment itself. When I booked, I selected the pool filter, but there is no pool available; although there are photos in the description, the pool is not accessible to guests. It turns out the pool is private and only available in certain rooms, but this isn’t mentioned on the Booking site. I tried to contact Booking support, but it was useless, tedious, and impossible. Additionally, an overlooked detail on Booking is that this is a love hotel, with a sex‑toy dispenser in the rooms, porn channels, and people come for more than just a family vacation.

The room is big, the bathtub fills up quickly. I was supposed to check in after 8:00 pm; when the hotel called to confirm, I said about 8:00, but because of a delayed itinerary I arrived at 9:10. They told me the room wasn’t ready: one front‑desk staff said the previous guest left late and the room was still being cleaned; another rushed over and said the room light was broken and needed repair, giving contradictory explanations. They made us wait in the lounge and only offered two drinks and some biscuits as compensation. If I had actually arrived at 8:00, would I have had to wait until 9:30 to check in? The handling was very bad and they didn’t call ahead. Also, the slippers were still wet on arrival, and the shower door didn’t seal properly, opening a slit that let water spray out.
