Dés les premiers pas sur le dallage ancien blanc et noir, vous rentrez dans un univers unique, transportés au début du siècle dernier, une ambiance tamisée, faite de couleurs bleu canard et rouge sang sous des plafonds anciens, le tout baigné d’un éclairage feutré, derrière des volets fermés. Une ambiance claire obscure nous laissant apercevoir bouquets et fruits , telle une nature morte. Vous arrivez enfin sur une terrasse surplombant le port avec Symi à vos pieds! Comment ne pas aimer cet endroit ?
