“It was good for the price”
I enjoy all the activities the property offers, but the beds were really uncomfortable, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the curtains were not great.

The hospitality and locations are great, and there’s nothing to dislike.

The place is clean, the customer service is friendly, and they responded immediately when I called about a smoke detector battery. I forgot how far it was from Universal, which is better for Disney.
