Check‑in was easy and friendly, the room was very clean and a good size with a walk‑in shower, and Tim's and the Skytrain were right across the street; downtown Vancouver was too pricey for us, so we stayed in Surrey for three nights and the Skytrain ride to Granville took a straight 40 minutes.

The staff were great, lovely and very helpful, and the restaurant and bar staff were also lovely; the location was convenient because we had easy access to the Skytrain, but I wouldn’t want to walk around that area at night.

The pool was great, breakfast was solid, and the location was spot‑on, but I couldn't get an extension for a second night.
