The location was spot on, but finding the place was a bit of a challenge - the sign wasn't super clear. I booked a room with breakfast, but when I showed up, they said they didn't have the set I wanted, so I missed out on breakfast except for the first day, which was just okay. The room wasn't clean, with old and dirty sheets that I had to get changed because they were super itchy, and the towels seemed old too. Overall, it was comfy, but the service didn't meet my expectations.

I liked the simple room and the cafe they had, plus the parking was spacious. The staff were awesome, fixing the aircon when I asked them to, which was a big plus. The breakfast was fine too. My only gripe is that the room felt a bit bare and could use some more decoration or furniture, but that's just my personal preference.

This hotel offered great value, being a new place with big, clean rooms in a quiet area, and the staff were really helpful. My only complaint is that it's a bit of a trek to get to public transportation.
