Gabriela Olival Turismo, a recently renovated guest house in Quintãs, offers an infinity pool, sun terrace, and lush garden. Each room features free WiFi, air‑conditioning, a private balcony with panoramic views, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located 30 km from Vila Real Airport, it is close to the hotel's Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, Douro Museum, and Lamego Cathedral.

The location, price, and swimming pool were good. However, the setup for my 12‑year‑old child was wrong, so we had to use an air mattress, and there were two red lights that stayed on all night (pictures attached). I called the owner twice; he was unsympathetic and denied that the red night lights—constantly on—were a problem for a good sleep. He was unpleasant and claimed no one had ever complained before. After this bad exchange and the failure to fix the issue, the owner insisted I was just making excuses to get a refund—a situation I had never experienced on any of our previous stays. My family no longer wanted to stay there, so I demanded a refund. Local employee Ms. Emilia was very nice, but she couldn’t solve the electricity problems; no solution was offered, only papers covering the red light.

The house is friendly. It doesn’t include breakfast, the checkout is very early, and the parking is off‑property.
