I have talked to many people about this situation and am tired of being asked again. The price was not accurate. The place had a bad mould odor. Black mould in the bathroom on the ceilings and walls. It takes a quick wipe with bleach but nobody is cleaning. There was almost no staff. Noisy, dirty, price discrepancy, rude response. The windows were broken. Other guests were loud, slamming doors.

The spot was convenient as a starting point for the island, but the value for money was disastrous; I can't recommend it, especially not the rooms in the annex building.

The site was great, and the room was a good size for a family of four, with an extra sink that made mornings easier; self‑check‑in and out were smooth, but a personal greeting from staff upon arrival would have been nice. The room was hot and stuffy, the window wouldn't open, and only one staff member was seen at breakfast with no acknowledgment of guests; we had to clear plates and cups left on the dining tables before we could eat.

Tout était parfait. Le check in était pratique tout ce fait en ligne … nous avons pu arriver plus tard car problème de Ferry annulé à cause du mauvais temps
