“Terrible service do not book”
We were really looking forward to our stay, but things took a turn for the worse when we arrived at 8:45 pm to find out they'd given our room to someone else. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the situation, which made it even more frustrating. We'd explicitly told them we'd be late, but apparently that didn't matter. Needless to say, we won't be back.
The hotel was a nightmare to find from the airport - the taxi driver had no idea where it was, and the entrance is hidden behind a parking lot. To make matters worse, they don't accept credit cards, which was a major inconvenience. The staff were completely unfriendly, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The hotel's location was perfect, but the experience was marred by a frustrating mix-up with our booking. We'd booked a triple room for two nights, but when we arrived, we were told that the other guests had been given a triple room for the entire stay, leaving us with a single room instead. The staff were apologetic and helpful, but it was a bit of a hassle to sort out. Despite this, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's atmosphere was lively and welcoming.

They were always laughing and joking around, even when guests were trying to check in or ask for assistance. It was a bit unprofessional, but they were always willing to help when you needed it, so I guess it was a bit of a double-edged sword.
