I liked that the water is hot and the room is clean. The internet is terrible, there is a lot of noise from the tours and the TVs are not S‑Mart.

Location, price and cleanliness. The internet leaves a lot to be desired.

I liked the location, five blocks from the center and two from the lookout and the stained glass. There are many places around where you can eat and explore. I highly recommend asking at reception for the tram/turibus route. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the infrastructure is very interesting and warm, ample parking. I would like thicker curtains so that light doesn’t seep in at night and to have a better rest.

The place is great and you can walk to every spot in the city center. Parking is good. The rooms are a decent size with very comfortable beds, and I loved the pillows. Carrying luggage up to the third floor was a hassle. There was no mat or towel for the bathroom floor, so using the shower made everything wet, creating a risky slip hazard. There’s no A/C.

The spot is super central to local sights, rooms are roomy and spotless, and parking is free. The internet gets jammed in the mornings and especially at night, making it quite slow.
