The room and bathroom were clean, and the air conditioning worked well and quietly. A large shared space downstairs includes a kitchen with all equipment, a washing machine and dryer, a coffee machine, and an outdoor seating area. It sits on a small but quiet street, just an 8‑minute walk to the beach and bus stops to Batumi. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Номера чистые. До моря близко и пологий спуск. Есть стралка, сушильная машина, кофемашина. Есть зонты для пляжа

Понравилось абсолютно всё. От вежливой хозяйки до чистоты в номере. В номере есть все необходимое. На общей кухне есть чайник, плита, кофемашина. Также есть стиральная и сушильная машины, что немаловажно, когда путешествуешь с детьми. Все очень понравилось. Рядом пляж, магазины и кафе. Если буду в Батуми, то остановлюсь только здесь
