Located in Bruges' historic heart, 600 metres from Market Square and the Belfry, Hotel Groeninghe is a family-run mansion house dating back to 1858. It features free WiFi, bicycle rentals, and a bar. Each room has a TV, seating area, and en-suite bathroom with shower, plus free tea and coffee. A 5-minute walk from Bruges Railway Station, it's close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

Good location, but there were bed bugs and no window screens, so some mosquitoes were a problem. I would not recommend or return. The beds were covered with a plastic mattress cover, making it too hot.

The housekeeper is incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is close to the center and easy to reach. It’s a pity there’s no elevator to get to the third floor, and the room isn’t large but it has everything you need.

Excellent location, spotless, and the internet is good. There is no lift and the breakfast is pricey.

The spot was spot-on, just minutes from every attraction and the Beer Festival venue that brought us here. The staff were fantastic—helpful, friendly, and the owner even lent me a walking stick from her dad’s collection when I’d forgotten mine. The bed was super comfy and the room was roomy. I can’t think of any real complaints, maybe just a bit more light on the stairs, but that feels trivial.

The only staff member I saw was Laurence when she was around. For the two nights we booked, they refused to serve us breakfast.
