“Unfreundliches Personal, nicht besonders schöne Lage”
Honestly, nothing special; the staff were extremely rude, the breakfast hours were too tight, and I arrived 10 minutes before the window closed and found nothing left. When I asked a young woman to add more, she was impolite, claiming they were about to clear the place and that I could stay elsewhere if the times didn’t suit me, as they were supposedly a workers’ lodging. I had to argue until she finally added a few rolls and toppings. The reception was almost always empty, and when I tried to check out, no one was there; instead of simply emailing me the bill, they called me angrily, saying the invoice wasn’t paid, even though no one was at the desk to accept payment. I had to leave because I needed to catch my train. The location is central but on a main street, and the curtains in the room could use repair so they can be drawn. I didn’t feel comfortable at all and will stay elsewhere next time.
