“Bellissima stanza !”

The room was clean, very spacious, equipped with a coffee machine and air conditioning; the bathroom was tidy and well‑furnished; the owner was friendly and available at all hours for any clarification or difficulty, and the check‑in was very tech‑savvy. However, there were some organizational hiccups because breakfast and parking were included in the Booking reservation but the owner didn’t see them; he still managed to resolve the issue excellently.

The owner was polite, but unfortunately a property of this type should have experience from other similar places that could teach; I can give lists and contacts if needed. The request was for a quadruple, yet I slept in a crib because my daughter found a hair and refused to sleep there; the third bed inside the window cavity was unusable when the curtain was closed, so the double became a triple. In the bathroom there was a non‑functional fan with dead batteries. In the other room a triple, thanks for moving the couple of friends with the daughter to the other property because on their room the staff had written everything privately. I wrote them a accommodating message but unfortunately I must leave this review to prevent others from facing similar situations.

“Bene per 1 soggiorno”

The bed was comfortable, but upon arrival the shower had an empty soap container thrown there and bins to empty, and the area was not very quiet.

The host was very kind, the beds were comfortable and the towels were clean. It was easy to reach from the outside, but the floor was a bit dirty and the room felt a little small.
