Good kitchen in the common area. Free washing machine available in the common area. The room is not 40 m² as stated. It’s not tiny but about 20 m², probably not more.

We stayed with my husband from 29.05 to 05.06 and were absolutely satisfied. The place is clean, pleasant and cozy. The room is lovely, with air‑conditioning that works only if the curtains are open; otherwise the room doesn’t heat up. On the first floor there’s a shared kitchen that has everything you might need. The host is a wonderful, friendly woman who is always ready to help when you ask. A small shop nearby stocks all the essentials. The location is incredible – the whole city centre is within walking distance. There are many stairs, but you can use the escalator when you go out onto the Cascades.

The hosts are pleasant and the location is remote, yet you can walk to the centre in 10 minutes. The room was clean.

I really liked the room – it’s very beautiful and comfortable, and I felt right at home. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The owner provided coffee that was super. The owner was very kind and helpful.
