The front desk was terrible—after paying through the booking platform, I had to pay again at the desk, and the lady claimed the payment hadn’t gone through and would be refunded, but we saw both charges disappear. When I called her, she said she could do nothing and wasn’t responsible for third‑party payments. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They cleaned the room daily, providing fresh towels and emptying waste cans, and any requests were handled immediately. The shower was always hot with strong pressure, but the carpets need replacement.

The breakfast selection was pretty limited, but the location was spot‑on and easy to get around from. The bed had something that kept jumping and biting me and my daughter; I told the front desk, got a new room, yet the same thing kept happening.
