The place was clean and very spacious, and the staff were very friendly.

The location was great, yet as an overseas guest I couldn’t make an external phone call from the hotel, and there was no service to order food delivery or summon a taxi; the bathroom also reeked of sewage.

The environment was tidy and clean. The location is good, with the metro (line 2) very close, and there are many restaurants nearby.

I spent a fantastic two‑week stay here that surpassed my expectations in every way. The room itself was a highlight, featuring a spa bath that felt like a private mini pool—spacious, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. They also provide salt scrub and sell bath bombs at reception. The staff were consistently exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made a real difference over the two weeks. I also used a room equipped with two computers, which was very convenient and thoughtfully set up. The location is another big plus; the area feels safe and there are plenty of great places to eat and explore nearby, so there was always something to do within easy reach. It’s also central for traveling elsewhere for around $10. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation, and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway. If you have any issues or needs, you’ll receive utmost care and helpfulness. A little improvement would be great—coffee machines in the rooms or fresh coffee at reception in the morning. But there are plenty of stores, cafés, and bakeries literally down the stairs. It’s just a shame the hotel coffee shop opens around 11.
