“Muito boa”
The hotel is on the main street, the national road that crosses Ksamil. Even though it’s not quite in the village center, it’s close enough that a short walk gets us to the busier areas. The private parking is very convenient because every day we’d explore a new beach and on the way back we didn’t have to worry about parking. On the day of our arrival, which happened to be my birthday, they upgraded our double room to a suite—a real treat, plus a cake with a candle and birthday singing the next morning at breakfast. The staff were very friendly; all the employees were extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied.

I was blown away by how flawless everything was, from the spotless rooms to the comfortable beds and pillows; the breakfast offered a wide range of both sweet and savory options, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

The staff are very sweet and friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. However, the shower drain had a slight issue, and there was no towel hook in our bathroom.

The hotel surpassed our expectations; the staff were very friendly and helpful with family‑led tours, and during our stay we received vouchers for a beach club on the shore, saving us the 10‑15 Euro fee for beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach and its many clubs were reachable in under 10 minutes, so we didn’t use the pool. The room was spacious, the breakfast buffet varied daily, and parking was available at the hotel. We’d stay here again anytime, even though the hotel is on the main road and a bit noisy late into the evening, which didn’t bother us. The location in Ksamil is perfect for trips to Butrint and the Blue Eye, and we recommend dinner at the nearby Restaurant EROS; the service and cuisine really stood out.
