The facility was well‑maintained, the lobby store was well‑stocked, and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchenette gave us flexibility with kids. The only flaw was when I pulled out the sofa bed: as a mother of two little boys, I’ve slept on many surfaces, but the springs in that sofa bed mattress were something I haven’t seen since college.

I stayed in a spacious room that even had a kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. The real highlight was the location: walking down the street for 10 minutes brought us to a ton of restaurants and outdoor dining spots, creating a lively atmosphere that makes me want to return on my next SF trip—plus it’s cheaper than the city centre.

The interior was beautiful and the vibe pleasant, the room clean and the coin‑laundry handy; on longer stays they didn’t tell us we had to request cleaning, the footsteps from upstairs were loud and the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable.

Breakfast offered a wide range of foods. The rooms were roomy and spotless, and the staff were very helpful. We left a small purse behind, and Larry at the front desk kept it safe until we returned a few days later to San Francisco. We liked everything.
