Breakfast is excellent, and the kitchen staff deserves praise. The hotel offers parking, and the housekeeping team always goes the extra mile. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly on the TV, so I couldn’t stream Prime Video. The room acoustics were also a problem: I could hear conversations from the hallway in the room opposite me on the 7th floor, and even intimate moments from the adjoining room. The hotel should work on better sound insulation to ensure privacy.

The place was very clean, the room comfortable, and the service excellent, but with dogs it was hard to walk around at night because the area isn’t very quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable, meeting the standards of a decent hotel. Walking to a few points of interest in Vitória was possible, but the area felt a bit deserted. The breakfast was very basic, with nothing noteworthy to mention, and the noise from rooms above and next door was quite noticeable.
