hotel front office reservation is very bad I book my room when I reach hotel they sad your booking is cancel and booking time they will write there pay on the property not here if there is any payment issue you can contect with me na without contect you cancel my booking for what at least you call me if any issue I can solve your issue without information booking cancel when I reach for hotel that time how you cancel it's a midnight I want to rest that time and they will cancel full night I stay outside it's very very bad experience I have this hotel
