The setting is very charming and well taken care of, and the staff are super friendly. The only flaw was the alarm on Saturday morning at 7:30, when the workers on the roof were clearly audible; it was a temporary issue caused by renovation work. Once that’s finished, I’m sure the place will have no shortcomings.

The room was spacious. We were told an hour before arrival that the inn would be closed (and we had also requested to dine there that evening), so when we checked out we couldn’t pay by card or cash; they wanted a bank transfer that I couldn’t do, and they ended up canceling the reservation as if I had not shown up.
