“Cozy, functional and traditional accommodation”
The accommodation was nice, clean and cozy. The bathroom is big, clean and very functional. The beds were comfortable. Towers were provided and everything was very well arranged. Thank you. It's a bit small for 2 people, but if you're staying just for one or 2 nights, it's excellent. Especially because it's located near to Dortmund. Overall nothing was negative
“So einen Reinfall in einem bei Ihnen gebuchten Hotel habe ich noch nie erlebt. Einfach schrecklich”
We couldn’t check in on 14 March 2026, so I can only say this hotel doesn’t belong in the same league as the major sites. We arrived at the agreed time, saw a reception desk that was completely unattended, the bell worked but there was no one around. In the courtyard we found the key boxes, but the code we knew didn’t work. A phone number was listed and we were told a staff member would assist, yet every call was cut off. We stayed there until about 18:30, left a handwritten note on the desk with our mobile number, and never heard back. The next day at home I found a note with a new PIN, but it was far too late and inexplicable. We kept trying to call in the following days. Since the apartment was already charged to my Mastercard for €356 and debited from my account, I demand an immediate refund because we never cancelled; this is a serious mishandling by the hotel. Please process the refund promptly. Sincerely, Sigrid Kolenda

The emails were answered quickly and competently, and the price‑performance ratio is solid. The location is also convenient because shops are right around the corner. Room 19 had water leaking from the shower while I was showering, and the seam on the toilet paper holder was missing, so it kept falling off. There are no proper blinds, so the room stays fairly bright at night.
