I stayed in a clean, spacious, tidy room with a comfortable balcony, an elevator, right in the city center and still cheap. The front desk should have let me know ahead of time that the room would be opened for cleaning.

The room was clean, daily water and toiletries were replenished when needed, and across the street is an amazing restaurant I highly recommend – Cafe on Thu Wheels and Restaurant. Ants were in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with bottled water and daily housekeeping. The staff were adorable, always checking in, and responded quickly to messages; there was always someone at the front desk, and check‑in/check‑out was swift. The hot and cold water system was good, and the location was central, close to the Hương River, with very reasonable prices. There was an elevator, a balcony, and the room amenities were complete, including a minibar. The exterior room looked better than the photo. I’d definitely stay here again if I can book a room. I did try turning on the TV but it wouldn’t work, and on the last night the air‑con failed, but the fan kept the room cool. Overall, the room felt very comfortable for the price.
