I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they didn't have any rooms available that matched what I'd booked - they were all booked up, and the only room they had left was for a couple, which was already given to someone else. The pool was also dirty and not usable, and there was no breakfast provided. I had to scramble to find another place to stay with my family at the last minute, which was super stressful.

Our experience at this hotel was a disaster. The owner treated us like dirt - she was super rude and threatening, and she even tried to get me to cancel my booking through her directly instead of through the website. I paid for three rooms, but when we got there, she only gave us two, so we had to squeeze in with our family of seven, including kids. It was a total nightmare, and I have all the audio recordings of her to prove it.

I had a really great time at this hotel - I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the chance to connect with nature. The owner, Sra Otília, was also super friendly and welcoming, and she knew a ton about the area, which was really helpful. I was a bit surprised that I didn't have any complaints, but overall, it was a great stay.
