The location was right in the historical center. We checked in the afternoon after a thunderstorm. There are many stairs to reach the B&B. The room had no proper windows, so I asked for another one; it was clean but smelled. I told her that the photos on Booking didn’t show a small window in the room. For that the owner kicked us out in the middle of the night and she was extremely rude. She also sent two people to tell us to leave.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, cosy apartment. We stayed for one night and found it very comfortable and pleasant. What impressed us most was Laura, who was always there to help us. When the electricity went out, she came at midnight, without us even having to call her, and fixed the problem so we could have electricity again. We also stayed in her other apartment the following night, and she was just as kind and helpful. Laura is truly wonderful, incredibly kind, and made our stay so much easier. We are very grateful for her hospitality and highly recommend staying here! The only thing we didn’t particularly like was the entrance to the building and the surrounding street, which looked a little scary to us, although we may simply not be used to that. However, the apartment itself was lovely, and overall, we had a great stay!

Modern and welcoming, comfortable beds, two sinks are convenient, very sound‑proof but still in the historic centre. We also had a coffee machine available – what more could we want? The area where it’s located isn’t among the prettiest; nearby there are dangerous neighbourhoods.

The location is great and the owner is always super helpful. The stairs to reach the apartments are uncomfortable and low (better put a sign), the window in the room was small and not very usable; it isn’t shown in the photos (I didn’t like that because we chose this accommodation specifically for the window that we didn’t find in many others, so it would be nice to point that out). Also, the many codes are a bit inconvenient; it would be better to have one, but it’s fine.
