Rooms feature air-conditioning, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, balconies, and sea views. The hotel offers a restaurant, bar, free WiFi, yoga classes, and varied breakfast options, including vegan and gluten-free.

Nice beach. Common areas, apartments, and pools aren’t clean. The restaurant is chaotic and there are cockroaches.

Rooms are comfortable, food is good, staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is huge but completely dysfunctional – the building is still under maintenance in many parts, paint is peeling, stairs and marble floors are broken. The common areas are spread out and poor, the gardens and greenery are badly maintained and almost abandoned. The Turkish bath doesn’t work, the gym is under renovation and unusable (both facilities were listed as operational at booking but weren’t). It’s marketed as all‑inclusive, yet beach chairs and umbrellas cost extra. The façade looks almost ruined, and overall the hotel claims five stars but really falls between three and four. It’s full of families and kids, so a couple or solo traveler struggles to find quiet space. The whole place is disappointing and doesn’t match the site’s description. We filed an official complaint with the booking platform.

The team were always helpful, with Iris and Laura sorting out our room issue right away and Jessica constantly checking that everything was fine. The food, while plentiful and well prepared, fell short of five‑star standards—more grilled options and fresh juices would have helped, though the fruit was abundant and of good quality.

Food 5 ★, bed comfort 5 ★, location 5 ★, staff 5 ★. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like; I’d just say the building’s cleaning and maintenance could be improved.
