The bed was spotless, but the shower water never reached a comfortable temperature, making it very unpleasant.

Its location is ideal for visiting Syracuse University, and I liked the shuttle service, though the rugs could be replaced or removed entirely.

The room was clean, yet the staff were extremely rude, the beds felt like sleeping on wood, and the smoke alarms rang at 7 am.
