The staff understood the room change. The décor is outdated, and there was no access to the restaurant. Breakfast drinks such as juice or milk were kept in a fridge and already opened, but we had no idea how long they had been there.

The spot is top! Close to the city centre. The old hotel is charming. The breakfast was very generous with plenty of choices.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of everything in the town centre. Free parking is right outside the hotel. The lovely restaurant across the street is a plus. Not much else to say; dogs barked in the morning but the hotel or staff couldn’t do anything about it, unlike our previous stay.

Richard was extremely helpful and kind, and if we come back to the area we’ll definitely stay here again.
